Reservations: We are a small RV park, with a cool, beautiful, short season (May 1 - September 30). When you make a reservation, that means in many situations, we turn away others in order to guarantee your site. Like other RV parks, advance reservations at Deer Crossing must be prepaid and are non-refundable.

Reservation Deposits:
1-6 Days	$26.50
1-3 Weeks	$50.00
1 month	$125.00
3+ months	$150.00

· Payment via cash/check only.
· Reservations for stays of three or more consecutive months may be made one year in advance.
· Deposits are applied to the last day, week or month's rent.
· Site choice are on a "first-arrival" basis: No specific site reservations will be given.
· Deposits are non-refundable, and early departures forfeit deposit.
· Rates are for two people: Additional guests $3 daily, per person
· Dry storage: $30.00/month (minimum two months)
